This policy applies, as relevant, to visitors, delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, vendors, partners, members and users of our digital platforms.

Depending on your interaction with Alohaa, we may collect the following categories of information:

• A. Personal and contact information: Full name, mobile number, email address, city, state, and age group (where relevant to a designated session).
• B. Professional and business information: Organisation or business name, professional designation, business contact details, and exhibitor/sponsor application details.
• C. Registration and transaction information: Event registration details, ticket category and invoice reference, payment status, and bank reference/UTR. (Payments are processed by authorised payment service providers; we never request banking passwords, card PINs, or UPI PINs.)
• D. Preferences and participation information: Voluntarily provided wellness survey inputs, event feedback, session preferences, and activity check-ins. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health data unless specifically requested under an appropriate clinical process with designated privacy safeguards.
• E. Technical information: Browser type, device operating system, pages visited, and interaction telemetry.

1.3 Purpose of Collection and Use

We use personal information solely for legitimate business operations and fulfilling services, including:

• Processing event registrations and issuing verified digital passes.
• Issuing tax invoices, confirmation receipts, and participation credentials.
• Communicating event dates, venue directions, schedules, and operational updates.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing real-time attendee support.
• Managing exhibitor stalls, sponsor activations, and speaker logistics.
• Sending promotional notifications where consent exists (with instant one-click opt-out).
• Protecting our attendees, systems, and premises against fraud or security risks.

1.4 Consent and Communication Preferences

Where consent is required, we seek it through clear affirmative actions. Registering for an event does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional marketing. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. Essential transactional notifications relating to existing bookings, payment confirmations, or safety updates will continue to be delivered.

1.5 Sharing of Personal Information

Alohaa does not sell personal information to third parties. Relevant information may be shared strictly with authorized service providers necessary to deliver our services, such as:

• Event registration and digital ticketing providers.
• Banking and payment gateway partners (e.g. Cosmos Bank BHIM UPI).
• Cloud hosting and communication platforms (e.g. Hostinger SMTP cluster).
• Venue management and physical security personnel at event facilities.
• Professional legal, accounting, and audit advisers.

Exhibitors and sponsors: Attendee contact details are never shared en masse simply because an attendee visits an expo. Lead exchanges at exhibition booths occur solely through voluntary attendee engagement.

1.6 Data Security & Retention

Alohaa maintains industry-standard technical and organisational security safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure of attendee records. We retain personal records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose or comply with statutory accounting and tax regulations.

1.7 Attendee Rights

Subject to applicable law, attendees may contact us to review, update, correct, or request deletion of their personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting our Grievance Desk at alohaawellnessworld@gmail.com.

2. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

2.1 Acceptance

By accessing or using the Alohaa website (https://alohaawellness.com), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

2.2 Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree to use the portal responsibly and agree not to:

• Submit false, deceptive, or fraudulent contact or payment information.
• Impersonate any individual, practitioner, or organization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend APIs, servers, or admin portals.
• Interfere with website security, integrity, or network availability.
• Commercially exploit or scrape copyrighted artwork, diagrams, or content without express written consent.

2.3 Program Information Accuracy

While we make every effort to maintain accurate schedules, venue details, and exhibitor listings, event elements may undergo operational adjustments. In the event of changes, official direct email or portal announcements govern.

2.4 Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website usage.

3. EVENT REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION TERMS

3.1 Entry Passes & Bookings

Registration is mandatory for all attendees across Alohaa expos, workshops, and summits. Registrations are finalized and passes issued only upon successful payment verification and reconciliation.

3.2 Attendee Code of Conduct

Alohaa creates safe, welcoming, and flourishing wellness environments. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive marketing, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate revocation of entry passes and removal from the venue without refund.

3.3 Personal Belongings & Valuables

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, mobile devices, and valuables. Alohaa provides general venue security but assumes no liability for lost or unattended personal property.

4. REFUND, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

4.1 Participant-Initiated Cancellation Table

4.2 Cancellation by Alohaa

If an event is cancelled by Alohaa without rescheduling, participants who purchased entry passes will receive a 100% refund initiated through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4.3 Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled to an alternate date, registered attendees will be offered:

• Option 1: Automatic transfer of registration to the rescheduled event date.
• Option 2: Full refund upon request submitted within 14 calendar days of the rescheduling announcement.

4.4 Duplicate or Debited Transactions

If an attendee is charged multiple times or debited without pass confirmation, please contact our support desk with the 12-digit bank UTR reference. Refunds for confirmed duplicate debits are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR TERMS

All exhibition booth allocations and sponsorship packages are subject to formal commercial agreements executed between Alohaa Wellness World Pvt. Ltd. and the exhibiting organization.

• Authentic Product Claims: Exhibitors must ensure all wellness, dietary, or therapeutic product claims comply with applicable consumer protection and advertising guidelines.
• Hospitality Inclusions: Standard 6×6 exhibition booth packages include entry pass and hospitality credentials for 1 exhibitor representative (1 Pax). Additional representative passes must be booked in advance.
• Lead Ethics: Exhibitors must collect attendee contact details transparently and ethically with direct attendee consent.

6. WELLNESS & PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: Information provided at our events does not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical prescription, or psychological treatment. Attendees should always consult qualified healthcare practitioners before initiating new therapeutic regimens, drastic dietary modifications, or exercise programs.

Independent Practitioner Views: Independent speakers, holistic healers, and exhibitors express their own professional perspectives. Their opinions do not necessarily reflect the official corporate endorsement of Alohaa Wellness World.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA POLICY

Trademarks & Artwork: All trademarks, including Alohaa Wellness World™, WellnessFest 360™, the Sacred 9-Dimensions Mandala, and proprietary website graphics are the intellectual property of Alohaa Wellness World Pvt. Ltd.

Photography & Recording: Official media documentation (photography and videography) is conducted during public expos for archival and promotional purposes. Attendees who prefer not to appear in identifiable promotional highlights may notify the registration desk upon check-in.

8. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

Alohaa aims to handle attendee, subscriber, and exhibitor concerns with utmost speed and fairness.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These policies and agreements are governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of India. In the event of disputes, parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through good-faith dialogue. Failing resolution, the competent courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction.
