1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Alohaa website (https://alohaawellness.com), booking an entry pass, or participating in an exhibition, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Permitted Use & Code of Conduct

You agree to use our digital platforms and attend physical events responsibly and agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or duplicate transaction references/UTRs.
• Impersonate any person, business entity, or exhibitor representative.
• Attempt unauthorized access to backend APIs, servers, or admin portals.
• Commercially exploit, reproduce, or scrape copyrighted artwork, diagrams, or content without express written consent.
• Engage in disruptive, unsafe, or non-consensual promotional behavior at expo venues.

3. Event Registration, Inclusions & Verification

Registration is mandatory for all attendees across Alohaa expos, workshops, and summits. Registrations are finalized and verified entry passes issued only upon successful bank reconciliation of the applicable pass fee.

Standard exhibition booth packages include entry pass credentials and hospitality inclusions for one exhibitor representative (1 Pax). Additional booth personnel passes must be registered in advance.

4. Wellness & Educational Disclaimer

Content shared during Alohaa expos, masterclasses, and digital sessions is intended solely for general wellness education, lifestyle enrichment, and personal flourishment. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, clinical prescription, or psychological treatment. Attendees should consult licensed healthcare professionals before undertaking drastic dietary or therapeutic changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, logos, event titles (Alohaa Wellness World™, WellnessFest 360™, Happy Me Expo, HealFesto360), the Sacred 9-Pillars Mandala, and website assets are protected proprietary assets of Alohaa Wellness World Pvt. Ltd.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these terms.
